Our Stories
“We are all storytellers. We all live in a network of stories. There isn’t a stronger connection between people than storytelling.”
"What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?"
Vincent van Gogh
Introduction
I've always enjoyed hearing about the experiences and different points of view from people I meet. I'm still amazed that people willingly share their stories if you ask them and express an interest. It really never occurred to me until recently that I might have a few of my own to tell and just maybe someone might be interested in "hearing" my stories and telling some of their own. Some are stories and some, maybe tales as we remember them, but they are ours to remember. This website is my way of capturing some of them as they continue to pop up as our memories of times that seem so long ago and sometimes just like they happened yesterday.

Sometimes in life we need to follow the instructions of a country singer--"Just pick it all up and turn it around and head her on home" This is my story about doing just that.
